A third trailer for Yumemiru Danshi wa Genjitsushugisha the anime adaptation has been released, featuring a preview of the opening song “Paraglider” from Kaori Ishihara. A premiere date of July 3 (effectively July 4 at 2:00 a.m. JST) has also been revealed.
Additionally, it was announced that Shiori Saeki And Minami Kurisaki play the roles of Mina Ichinose and Fuka Sasaki respectively.
Yumemiru Danshi wa Genjitsushugisha is based on the light novels published by Hobby Japan and written by Okemaru and illustrated by Mizore Saba, published under the HJ Bunko label. The series began in June 2020 and has eight volumes as of April 2023.
The story follows Wataru Sajo, a high school student who is so in love with his classmate Aika Natsukawa that he dreams of them having mutual feelings for each other and approaches her again and again undeterred. When Wataru suddenly feels he’s not a good match for someone like Aika and begins to maintain a “proper” distance from her, the development stuns Aika and leads her to wonder if Wataru doesn’t like her. suddenly. So begins a romantic comedy about two people who have mutual feelings for each other, but think their respective feelings are unrequited.
Kazuomi Koga (Rent a girlfriend) directs the anime with Michiko Yokote (call of the night) as series composer and Miyabi Ozeki (Harem at the end of the world) as a character designer. Gokumi Study And AXsiZ co-produce.
