In a word?
YIKES!
In a few more words?
DON’T. YOU. BRAVE.

Earlier this month, Yellowstone’s official Instagram page attempted to promote Season 5 of this Paramount drama by paying homage to Cole Hauser’s Rip, likely the show’s most beloved character.
“Celebrating Rip Wheeler today and forever,” wrote the caption on this post, continued as follows:
PS: Get ready, #YellowstoneTV fans. Something big is coming.”
That’s all the account needs to state to get people buzzing—in a very scary sense of the term.

Fans immediately flocked to the comments section of this award, sharing their disdain for captions and speculating that there might be trouble for Rip and Beth on the upcoming episode of Yellowstone.
“Idc what happens this next season DO NOT take Rip from Beth!” wrote one person.
Another added:
“’Something big is coming’ hmm, spoiler. The way to destroy it, he would probably die. ”

Meanwhile, a third person says that without Beth or Rip, he wouldn’t have seen the “no point in watching” the program.
Another social media user added: “If he dies, all Rip fans will riot.”
This all seems a bit guesswork when based on just a few words via Instagram.
But Yellowstone Season 5 premieres on November 13, and it’s safe to assume many of these concerns will be addressed when the wildly popular series returns.

As for where are Rip and Beth headed this fall?
“They’ve known each other for so long, there’s a kind of childish play between the two of them that just makes you fall in love,” Hauser told The Insider of the newlywed couple.
Beth will also serve as her father’s Chief of Staff, as Yellowstone jumps ahead six months for John Dutton’s election as Governor of Montana.

“John tried to blow things up,” Wes Bentley (Jamie) told The Insider about how government functions in Big Sky Country.
Governor Dutton will be determined to use his powers to halt any development progress.
“It became a clash of state versus corporate power — ironically, with John as the state. There must be some shady business,” added Bentley.
“Jamie is trying to convince [John and Beth] they can use, rather than violate or bend, the law to do the things they want to do.
“But they’re blunt objects.”

Yellowstone kicks off Season 5 on Sunday, November 13.
According to Entertainment Weekly, the new cast additions will include:
Kai Caster as young cowboy Rowdy… Lainey Wilson as musician Abby… Lilli Kay as new assistant Clara Brewer… and Dawn Olivieri, who also appeared in the 1883 Yellowstone prequel, as Sarah Atwood.
We can’t wait!
