In a preview provided by DC for the flash #800, a number of criminals discuss the pros and cons of committing crimes in Central City versus Gotham, Metropolis, or any other location. At one point, Goldface explains why The Flash makes Central City the worst place to try to get away with crimes, and explains an encounter the Joker had with the iconic speedster.
