He finds himself in the cottage but it is quite different from his home. The cottage is located in the middle of the Demon Forest, a dangerous forest.
Tenjo Yuya’s destiny is turned upside down by the legacy of his grandfather. He will have a double life, one on Earth and one in another. What is his fate?
Yuuya’s physical abilities have improved dramatically after she has leveled up. Yuuya discovers a legendary item of great power in the other dimension and inherits its magic. Back home, Ousei Academy’s learning begins off-campus with a band. Yuuya’s success attracts attention from the other girls in his class. But everything is not going as smoothly as it appears?
Review of anime
This is where I have a problem with the story. It’s too dark in certain areas and too forgiving elsewhere, but it doesn’t mesh. Make the MC feel guilty for being abused and suffered. He will get real satisfying revenge. Make the characters forgiveable if you want him to be compassionate.
It is simple, but it’s not well done.
If the author removed the abuse, it would make the situation of the MC more real. The people who made him suffer more from disliking him than being abusive.
His siblings showed dislike for him because they were made fun of for being fat and ugly. Their parents tried to make them get along at school. It would be a “hate”, but not true hate. It would be something that made him feel bad but could also be forgiven.
Instead, make his parents care about him and feel sorry for him. But they can’t force him to go school. He’d feel worse, as he causes their problems all the time.
The bullying at school should have been more physical abuse, and more people not liking him with perhaps a little bit of bullying.
These are the few things I think would have made it more interesting.
This is not taking into consideration his reaction.
Normally, someone in this situation would either run away or commit suicide, and not try to get to school. It would have been more beneficial if he went to another world for a few weeks and then, after his adventures, regain the courage to return to school.
He doesn’t go back to school after undergoing a complete miracle… without any f**ing consequences. He also has superpowers that he can show to hundreds of people, without any consequence. He’s not careful, and he’s not acting as if a normal person would in his situation. You can teach him to be more cautious about his powers and give him a little time before he returns to school. It is supposed to bring fulfillment, as are many novels, but it’s not doing it well. There is no military or national guard immediately trying to rescue him, and there may be innocent bystanders who are killed as a result of his negligence. He supidly models, and doesn’t understand why people suddenly treat him well when he was handsome.
What is the plot?
According to Yen Press the story is about a boy who was bullied throughout his life. The door to opportunity opens for him. He can then access all kinds of things through this alternate reality or door. He can use it to gain cheat skills and access to a wealth of magical artifacts. The world is also home to monsters. He can travel between his old and new worlds via this portal. He can also take with him anything he desires from this new world back to Earth. How will his double life change? Is he able to change his life on Earth with the help of this door.
Anime
It was announced in August 2022 that the anime adaptation of the novels would be made. TMS Entertainment produces the series and Millepensee animations them. Shingo Tanabe directs, Shin Itagaki is chief director and supervises the scripts, Hiromi Kura adapts Rein Kuwashima’s character designs and serves as chief animation director. Akiyuki Tateyama composes the music. The series will premiere on April 7, 2023 on Tokyo MX and other networks. Tsukuyomi’s opening theme song is “Gyakuten Geki” by Ni Zhuan Ju, also known as “Turnabout Drama”.

Kadokawa released more details about the I Got a Cheat Skill in Another World Anime on Thursday. In August 2022, the anime adaptation of this series had been announced. Yuya Tenjo, the protagonist, holds a long, dark spear. Kaori Hojo, the character, is to his right. Lexia vo Arcelia is to his left. Yoshitsugu Motuoka, a well-known actor, will play Yuya Tenjo.
Akari Kito will portray Kaori Hojo. In this anime adaptation, Kaori Maeda will play Lexi vo Arcelia. You can also see the teaser trailer of I Got a Cheat Skills in Another World Anime at Kadokawa’s YouTube channel. You can also purchase the manga version of this anime adaptation. KazuomiMinatogawa’s manga series is currently being published in Kadokawa’s Dengeki Comic Regulus. The English translations are being done by Yen Press.
Light novel
The series was written by Miku and began publication online on the Kakuyomu site on March 25, 2017. It bore the tentative title Level up wa Jinsei, Kaeta (reberuatsupuhaRen sheng woBian, lit. “Level Up Changes my Life” was the title of the series. It was written by Miku and published online in Kakuyomu’s website on March 25, 2017. Twelve volumes were published as of December 2022.
Yen Press, a publishing house in Hong Kong, announced that the novels were now available for English publication in September 2021.

He is the main protagonist. He is timid and inactive and is constantly being tormented by his classmates and his families. Then, his grandfather passes on his house to him, and he discovers a portal to another dimension and powerful weapons there. Yuya learns that he can become stronger and gain special powers through defeating powerful enemies such as in a videogame. This also changes his appearance and makes him taller and more handsome. He travels between the two worlds using his new skills, making friends and enemies as he goes.

Kazuomi Minagawa illustrated a manga adaptation. The serialization began on December 13, 2019, in ASCII Media Works Dengeki PlayStation Comic Web site. Four tankobon volumes were released as of December 2022. The manga has been licensed by Yen Press in English.

Iseleve is based upon the light novel of Miku, illustrated by Rein Kuwashima.
Miku began the series as a webnovel and uploaded it to Kakuyomu’s website in March 2017. He won the Grand Prize in the Science Fiction/Modern Fantasy Division at the 3rd Kakuyomu Web Novel Contest a year later.
In December 2018, Fujimi Fantasia bunko made the series into a light-novel because of its popularity. Since then, 12 volumes have been published.
The English version of Iseleve was licensed by Yen Press. The first volume was published in September 2021. The second volume will be published in April 2023.
The series had sold 1.5 million copies around the world as of August 2022. They decided to make a spin-off series featuring their girls. It will be released December 20, 2022.
The light novel is not the only one published. A manga version was also published. The manga panels were drawn by Kazuomi Mizogawa.
The manga was published by ASCII Media Work’s Dengeki PS Comic Web in December 2019. Since then, three volumes have been published.
The manga series was licensed by Yen Press, just like the light novel. The first volume of the manga was released by Yen Press in May 2022. The second and third volumes will be available in January 2023 and April 2023, respectively.
Miku, an isekai connoisseur and author, will adapt this series to anime. He also wrote The Fruit of Evolution, which received an anime adaptation in 2021.
