Gridman Universe Anime Movie Release Date
The TRIGGER production company announced that the Gridman Universe Anime Movie will premiere on March 24, 2023. Crunchyroll was able to stream SSSS.GRIDMAN, and SSSS.DYNAZENON when it aired on Japan’s Funimation. There are no details yet about the streaming. Are you excited for the new anime film?

Yuta Hibiki, a teacher at school, draws Gridman and erases it in his notebook. This world was once created and destroyed by one girl. The people who saved the girl’s life were Hyper Agent Gridman, a man who was from another dimension and a monster she had created with a heart, Yuta, and the others.
Yuta has been promoted to the second grade, but is now in a different class than Rikka. She decides to confess. With a roar, their peaceful daily lives began to unravel.
Gridman appears suddenly in Yuta’s crisis and declares
“The world’s balance is on the verge of collapse”
Soon, Yuta is greeted by the crimson dragon Dynarex and Gridman’s associates, the Neon Genesis Senior High Students and Yomogi Asanaka from another world.
Yuta begins a remarkable life, hiding his feelings for Rikka.

Studio Trigger is willing to produce your anime, provided that it contains certain things. These are the steps you need to follow in order for Studio Trigger to greenlight your anime!
You should have lots of hot, steamy fan service. Your main source of sex appeal should be from your lead female character. Your main character (who must be an edgy teenager btw), fly around in a huge mecha because BIG ROBOTS ARE AMAZING! ADD ALIENS You can use them as twist villains to complete your story. !
These are the steps to ensure that your anime is not a poor imitation of great anime like NGE or TTGL. Just like SSSS.Gridman!
You might want to reconsider your decision and try your luck at a studio without a name.
Studio Trigger is starting to make me think that creativity has died. Despite the fact that they seem to reuse the same ideas over and over, I still enjoy their work. Kill la Kill was a fun and enjoyable anime that strayed from the Trigger formula. Even Darling in FranXX was a great character, even though they ruined the ending. Trigger had to have aliens. But with StopSoundingSoStupid.Gridman (Seriously, are the four S’s supposed to mean something? It just felt hollow. It never felt like this anime was trying to be different and create a name for itself. Unfortunately, it ended up being very average.
Surprisingly, my rating for this anime varied throughout its run. Some episodes were enjoyable and thought-provoking. Others, however, were bland and filled with poor character interactions. Rikka’s beautiful legs were the only thing that remained constant throughout. However, even Rikka’s thick thighs were not enough to save the anime’s dysfunctional plot.
It is quite strange. The anime’s protagonist is suffering from amnesia, which is not explained well. He finds himself in a city surrounded with giant kaiju. He doesn’t seem to be too worried about this. He doesn’t seem to care much about anything, except Rikka. When other characters realize Yuuta’s mental health isn’t crazy and see the kaiju, they don’t seem to care about their situation. This is one of the biggest problems with this anime. Why should viewers care if the characters seem so numb about everything? The story is not exciting. It’s a regular monster of the week that Gridman & Yuuta kill and then everything resets (the destruction to the city, the memories of all the important characters) because plot. This anime is simple enough, despite what you might think. It actually got more complicated and confusing after the finale.
The characters are pretty boring for the most part. Gridman, the most boring sentient robot ever created, is piloted and controlled by the most inept kid. Utsumi is a typical friend guy who cracks a joke every ten minutes. Rikka, the beautiful female lead, is unfortunately not as attractive as her looks. Trigger’s alien fetish makes Alexis an unrelated alien. Other characters, except one, are not worth mentioning.

Akane is the only person that keeps this anime from becoming garbage territory in my opinion. Akane plays the antagonist role, creating all the kaiju and trying to kill Gridman. The anime revolves around her because she is, you know. At first glance, she seems energetic and fun, but once her mask is removed, it becomes clear that she is a heartless, attention-seeking psycho. The anime further reveals her complex and delicate psyche in later episodes. Because of the way Akane was portrayed, the dream sequence episode was a strange but enjoyable episode. She is a very engaging character that I enjoyed watching. She’s hot too, and I would say she’s even more than Rikka (Yes, I did it!). Akane is my favorite SSSS.Gridman.

Despite my apparent dissatisfaction with some of the anime’s content, I found it semi-interesting to watch. Although the anime lacks heart, it’s still entertaining to see a giant robot fight off giant monsters. Rikka, Akane and all the rest were great to watch.
Show’sStorySeriouslySucks.Gridman is underwhelming. It didn’t really go anywhere, and it felt kind of pointless. Many things were confusing and the anime didn’t try to explain them. Let’s all hope Studio Trigger can improve their next project.

Gridman Universe News
Gridman Universe is based upon the Japanese tokusatsu “Giant Hero”, 90s Japanese tokusatsu series, Denkou Choujin Gridman (Lightning Superman Gridman), which was created by Tsuburaya Productions. They are also the creators of Ultraman.
Studio Trigger’s Akira Amemiya announced the new anime adaptation, SSSS, at Anime Expo 2017. GRIDMAN incorporates both the western and original Gridman. The anime was later aired in 2018.
One year later, the second installment in the Gridman series, SSSS, was announced. DYNAZENON was first announced. The second installment took longer than the first. It finally aired in spring 2021.
Funimation licensed both series. Crunchyroll acquired the series. The series is now available online.
