THE Tsuyokute New Saga The anime adaptation will no longer air in July due to “various circumstances.” A new premiere date has yet to be decided.
Tsuyokute New Saga is based on the Alphapolis publication light novel series written by Masayuki Abe and illustrated by Fuse Ryuuta, which ran from April 2013 to July 2018 with 10 volumes. The plot revolves around a magical swordsman named Kyle who seemingly defeats Demon King, only to wake up in his hometown, which should have been destroyed. Reunited with his family, friends and loved ones who had perished, Kyle, who still has his memories and abilities from his previous life, embarks on another adventure with his allies to prevent the destruction of humanity.
The anime is directed by Norikazu Ishigouoka (Hydrangea Saga assistant director) with Kenta Ihara (Tomodachi Game) as a series composer and SOIL&”PIMP”SESSIONS’ Shachou And Hironori Anazawa (Scarlet Nexus) as music composers. Sotsu, MakariaAnd Yokohama Animation Lab are animation production companies.
Meanwhile, the cast includes Yuuma Uchida like Kyle, Hiro Shimono so they will be, Fairouz Ai like Reze, Asami Seto like Urza, and Minami Takahashi like Sildonia.
A manga adaptation of Jun Miura began in 2014 and released its 10th tankoubon volume in October 2022. The story was originally a web novel about Shousetsuka ni Narou.
