The final trailer for the upcoming film adaptation of the iconic table-top game, Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves has been released. Released by Paramount Pictures , the latest trailer for Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves features five thieves, five questions and a ton of creatures that are at the heart of this fantasy action-adventure film.

This new take on Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves sees the main characters jump right into the action, as they attempt to escape a fire-breathing dragon… while in a dungeon. Obviously, the film plans to take major inspiration from, and thus give proper meaning to both the title and the game itself. The film also seems to have managed to create good humor and drama for people who are not familiar with the world of Dungeons and Dragons, ensuring that every viewer has a good time.

Based on the acclaimed and beloved table-top game that has graced living rooms and kitchen tables for nearly fifty years, Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves is about a group of adventurers made up of assorted characters who go on an epic quest to pull off a heist that seems impossible. Led by a charming thief, the group’s journey turns into chaos when they come into conflict with the wrong people. The new film will bring the rich fantasy elements of the original game along with Dungeons & Dragon’s signature, fun-filled spirit of gaming to the big screen for a hilarious, fast-paced adventure.

The film’s cast includes Chris Pine (Wonder Woman, Star Trek) as Edgin, a Poet; Michelle Rodriguez (Fast and Furious franchise) as Holga, a Barbarian; Regé-Jean Page (Bridgerton, The Gray Man) as Xenk, a Paladin; Justice Smith (Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom) as Simon, a Wizard; Sophia Lillis (It, It Chapter Two) as Doric, a thieving Druid; and Hugh Grant (The Gentlemen) as Forge Fitzwilliam, a Rogue. Other supporting cast members include Chloe Coleman, Jason Wong, Sophia Eleni, and Daisy Head.

Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves is being directed by the filmmakers behind hit comedy Game Night, Jonathan Goldstein and John Francis Daley, and the latest trailer further showcases the comedic style and gags that will be shown. Goldstein and Daley, who co-wrote the screenplay with Michael Gilio from a story by Chris McKay and Gilio.

The film is scheduled to be released in theaters in the United States on March 31, 2023 by Paramount Pictures.
