Recently announced Cooking a Campfire in Another World with My Absurd Skills The isekai anime has received its first trailer, which gives a look at the protagonist’s “Online Supermarket” skills and the cooking-themed premise of the show.
This video also features the voice and reveal of the main character Maaya Uchida as the voice of the Wind Goddess Ninrir.
Cooking a Campfire in Another World with My Absurd Skills will premiere in Japan next January. It is based on the light novel series written by Ren Eguci and illustrated by time The series began in 2016 and has 12 volumes as of June 25, 2022. It is published under the Overlap Novels label and has sold over 4.5 million copies.

Mukouda Tsuyoshi is nothing special in modern Japan, so when he is summoned to the world of swordplay and magic, he thinks he is ready for the adventure of a lifetime. Too bad the kingdom that summoned him only got it by accident! Not only was he not one of the three summoned heroes, but his stats were ridiculous compared to them. Besides, there was something very vague about this kingdom… “Ah, these people are the type to try and use Heroes,” he realized, and immediately set off to find his own way in this other world. Kiyoshi Matsuda (Permanent, kakegurui xx co-director) directs the show with series compositions from Michiko Yokote (Night Call) and character designs from Nao Ootsu (Beastars). Other staff including Hisako Akagi (Monster Strike the Movie: Sora no Kanata) as art director, Chikako Kamata (Jujutsu Kaisen 0) as color designer, Saho Sawada (Jujutsu Kaisen 0 photography staff) as director of photography, and Masato Kouda (Fighters Will Be Sent!), Kana Utatane (Akebi Sailor Uniform), and Kuricorder Quartet (Tsuritama) as a music composer. MAPPA is an animation production company.
Meanwhile, the cast includes Yuuma Uchida as Mukouda, Satoshi Hino as Fel wolf, and Hina Kino as Sui slime.
Cooking a Campfire in Another World with My Absurd Skills originally a web novel that began serialization in Shousetsuka ni Narou in 2016. A manga adaptation of the light novel by Akagishi K started in 2017.
