THE Crimson Ragna The anime adaptation received a nearly two-minute second trailer and additional cast information. A September 30 premiere date has also been revealed.
The newly announced main voice actors are Queen Ueda like the winged monarch Ultimatia (the character in the featured image of this article), a dragon who is the first seat of the wing’s blood, and Takehito Koyasu as Grymwelte, the tenth wing blood seat. The others are:

• Yoshihito Sasaki like Michael
• Takashi Matsuyama like King Femud
• Nobutoshi Canna as Future Ragna
Crimson Ragna is based on the dark fantasy manga published by Square Enix by Daiki Kobayashiwhich debuted in 2017 and has 11 tankoubon volumes as of August 2022. Penguin Random House describes the story as follows:
Dragon Hunters: Warriors armed with special silver weapons who slay their prey for bounty. Lowest among their ranks is Ragna, who forms an unlikely partnership with the young genius Leonica, a master dragon slayer with more kills to her name than almost any other. All Ragna wants is to stay by Leonica’s side, but her dream is shattered by an attack from the deadliest dragon imaginable…
