Prime Video Schedule December 12-18: New TV & Movies

The critically acclaimed horror film is part of Prime Video’s schedule for December 12-18.

On Tuesday, December 13th, streaming services will be added Black Phone to available content. The film stars Oscar nominee Ethan Hawke alongside young up and coming actors Mason Thames and Madeleine McGraw. Joining them are James Ransone, Jeremy Davies, Brady Hepner, Jacob Moran, and Jordan Isaiah White. That reunited Derrickson and Cargill with Ethan Hawke and James Ransone, who all worked together in 2012. Wicked.

“This film tells the story of Finney Shaw, a shy but intelligent 13-year-old boy who is kidnapped by a sadistic killer and trapped in a soundproof basement,” reads the official synopsis. “When the disconnected telephone on the wall began ringing, Finney discovered that he could hear the voices of the killer’s previous victim. And they were desperately trying to make sure that what happened to them didn’t happen to Finney.
