25. Buggy the Clown
One Piece Best Villains. Buggy ate the Bara Bara no Mi or Fruit of Fragmentation, a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows its user to separate from their limbs and control them separately. He can even make them fly. Only his feet are pinned to the ground, and any part of his body must be located within 200 meters of his feet; otherwise, this part becomes inert, and Buggy can no longer control it.

He generally dresses in flamboyant clothes. In reference to his animal theme, the flamingo, his clothes are brightly colored, with his light pink feather coat most distinctly of all. Doflamingo sports a pair of curved, thin white sunglasses, which appear to serve as his eyesight with red or purple lenses. He also walks with an odd, bow-legged waddle (though he does not always walk like this), which is also a reference to his animal theme.

Rob Lucci is a member of CP0. Originally, he was introduced as part of CP9, as the assassin unit’s strongest member in history.Operating undercover to obtain the Pluton blueprints from Iceburg, he worked as a sawyer, treenail, and bolt specialist for the Galley-La Company’s Dock One in Water 7.
After his defeat by Monkey D. Luffy at Enies Lobby, Lucci was dismissed from CP9 by Spandam, who declared him and the other assassins responsible for the Straw Hats’ havoc on Enies Lobby. However, within the next two years, he managed to be reinstated into Cipher Pol as part of CP0.

Magellan is a huge man, about three times the size of a normal human. His face resembles that of a mandrill with sharp teeth and a thick beard. His fingers resemble those of the Blugoris. He wears bat wings (it’s a kind of decoration indicating his membership in the prison) and horns on his head. He can also remove them to use as a weapon. Under these “horns” he has black hair and a ponytail.[5] Magellan’s appearance may be reminiscent of the Devil.

Cracker is very loyal to his family and his crew, as evidenced by his anger upon discovering his former stepfather was leaking their secrets to Monkey D. Luffy and Nami. He firmly believes that his heritage defines his character, mistakenly assuming that Sanji would willingly consent to his arranged marriage out of loyalty to his family and that he would hate the Straw Hat Pirates for coming to Whole Cake Island to rescue him, unaware of the do. that Sanji opposed marriage and would never speak ill of his friends. Like Big Mom and most of his siblings like his older brother Oven, he considers his own father and stepfathers not part of his family as they are not related by blood.
7. Senor Pink
Señor Pink is a pervert who loves to touch young women’s breasts. Despite his disrespectful attitude towards them, they all seem to be crazy about him, which seems to leave him unmoved, since he considers himself too old for them, despite his baby look. He seems to be treated like a baby sometimes, as seen when one of his groupies tells him he shouldn’t eat tomatoes, because he might get his mouth dirty. However, he shows great respect for the members of the crew and will not hesitate to sacrifice himself to save one of his allies.
6. Vinsmoke Judge
The Judge exhibits typical royal haughtiness, firmly believing that royalty is meant to be served, not to serve others. He disowns his third son, Sanji, after learning Sanji’s “disgusting” habit of cooking for others (which he equates with serving others). He has been shown to have passed on these attitudes to his children, as his other sons use the same reasoning to justify bullying Sanji during their childhood, and his daughter is apparently proud of the status and privileges of being born in royalty, but in truth actually despises his father and his beliefs.

Krieg exhibits the typical attributes of a militant leader, fostering cruel and oppressive tendencies using a huge arsenal of weapons and overwhelming odds. He is incapable of any sense of honor and cannot be sympathetic to anyone.

According to Sabo, Kuma was a gentle man whose kindness earned him great respect from his fellow revolutionaries. Out of his friendship with Luffy’s father, Kuma asked Vegapunk to help Luffy and his crew one last time by protecting their ship for two years after it was fully converted into a Pacifista. Likewise, Kuma was a very loving father to his only daughter, Bonney. As one of the last members of the Kurozumi family, who were dishonored and stripped of their power and authority, Orochi developed immense greed and lust for power from an early age due to the fact that he has been forced to live in poverty since birth. When working as a servant for Yasuie, Orochi outwardly showed a timid and servile attitude, but it was all just an act to steal money by taking advantage of others’ sympathy. Orochi was in truth extremely deceitful and dishonourable, bending laws and rules to suit his own needs and never acknowledging promises or agreements with those he considered a threat.

Eustass Kid comes off as a rude, vicious and bloodthirsty pirate, notorious for causing huge amounts of civilian casualties. Whenever feeling like he is being mocked or insulted, even though a glance, he is quick to resort to violence. In fact, Kid can be so violent that he considers the choice of not immediately killing someone in his direct vicinity an act of gratitude.
