Nisekoi Manga Gets Bonus Story 10 Years After Main Plot

The official Comic Bunko Twitter account announced the printing of a paperback edition of Nisekoi: fake love manga.

The new edition will contain a bonus chapter set 10 years after the main story, as well as a newly drawn cover art.

In addition, the new edition will have a total of 16 volumes, with volumes 1 and 2 of Nisekoi: fake love paperback edition scheduled for June 16, 2023.

The rest of the volumes will be released around the 18th of each month.

Nisekoi: fake love is a Japanese romantic comedy manga series written and illustrated by Naoshi Komi. It was first published as a one-shot manga in Shueisha’s seasonal Jump NEXT! magazine before being serialized in Weekly Shōnen Jump in November 2011.

Since November 26, 2012, Nisekoy was published in English in Viz Media’s digital magazine, Weekly Shonen Jump. As of October 2016, the series has been compiled into 25 tankōbon volumes.

An anime, directed by Akiyuki Shinbo in Shaft, aired from January 11, 2014 to May 24, 2014. A second season titled Nisekoy: aired from April to June 2015. A live-action film adaptation premiered in December 2018.
