Gwyneth Paltrow responding back to criticism of his eating habits.
A few days after explaining his wellness routine, which features fasting and eating bone broth, on the podcast The Art of Being GoodThat Emma the actress discussed claims that she was promoting crash diets.
“I think it’s important for everyone to know that I’m doing a podcast with my doctor, so this is a person I’ve been working with for over two years now on some chronic stuff,” Gwyneth explained on March 17. video posted to his Instagram Stories. “I’ve had COVID for a long time, and the manifestation for me is very high levels of inflammation from time to time.”
The 50-year-old explained that he works with a podcast host Dr Will Colea functional medicine practitioner, to “really focus on non-inflammatory foods.”
And while the diet, consisting of “lots of vegetables, cooked vegetables, all kinds of protein, healthy carbohydrates,” has had positive results for Gwyneth, she has also clarified that the routine has been adapted to suit her needs.
