Need to speak to someone at Frontier Airlines? Don’t bother trying to call the airline, because they just got rid of their customer service phone number.
If you need to contact a real person at Frontier, you’ll need to use another method to contact the airline. On the airline’s customer service page, there are three contact options listed: online chat, email address, and complaint form.
Online chat starts with the automated chatbot option, but you can request to speak to a live agent. However, when we tried to talk to a real person via chat while writing this story, we received the message: “Because we are experiencing longer than usual wait times, our response may be delayed. Thank you for your patience, the agent will assist as soon as possible.”
If you call Frontier’s customer service phone number now, a pre-recorded message directs you to the airline’s website or app to contact the airline.
The airline appears to still be monitoring and responding to messages on its social media channels, which could be a quicker way to reach Frontier if chat wait times continue to be long.
